About Us

The New Holland Auto Group began as a Ford store in 1981. Located on Main Street in the small town of New Holland , Pennsylvania , the dealership had only 17 employees. Still, owner Geoff Class saw big potential. "We know that the only way to grow is through proper customer treatment and aggressive pricing," said Class.

And grow they did. The Ford store soon became one of the strongest performers in the Philadelphia region, beating out dealerships in locations with much larger populations. In 1990, Class opened New Holland Toyota and two years later added Lincoln Mercury to his roster. Growth continued throughout the organization in the following years with brand new showrooms for New Holland Ford Lincoln Mercury and New Holland Toyota. With over 400 cars and trucks on display, sales shot up and so did business in the service department. Rather than expand the service and parts departments at both dealerships, Class decided to build New Holland Autocare, a venture he had been dreaming up for years. This 42,000 square foot facility caters to all vehicle makes and models with over 30 factory trained technicians and more than 1.2 million dollars in parts stocked every day to ensure your vehicle is quickly and properly serviced. With Internet access, snacks, a play area, and comfortable seating, many customers say New Holland Autocare's waiting area is the nicest they have ever seen.

And yet the group still wasn't done growing. In July of 2003, Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep were acquired from local friend Don Horning. The new New Holland Dodge Chrysler Jeep brought with it another exciting venture for the group, a drive-through car wash that's now a part of New Holland's successful detail department, Autoshine. Most recently, the New Holland Auto Group added a Scion showroom at the Toyota dealership and now sells these customizable vehicles with great success. In fact, there's been so much success selling Toyota and Scion that a brand new facility is in the works. Class has purchased land adjacent to the current facility on which he will build state-of-the-art Toyota Scion Showroom. Upon it's completion, the Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep franchises will move into Toyota's current home, which will be renovated to cater these brands.

While all this growth, it's clear that Class's vision was correct from the start. Because customer satisfaction has always been the group's number-one priority, a loyal following has developed. And the manufacturers are taking notice. New Holland has won Ford's coveted President's Award for the past seven years, along with 16 distinguished achievement awards. In addition, New Holland is an honored Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Five-Star Dealer and has one of the highest customer service ratings in the United States for all the brands they sell. Come experience the New Holland difference!
